Upcoming Vancouver, WA C= Users Group meeting

Greetings Commodore Computer enthusiasts and hackers from the Vancouver,WA and Portland, OR PDX metro area, our next Commodore Computer Club meeting will be Friday August 6, 2010 at approximately 6:00 pm PST.

We meet at Pied Piper Pizza, an awesome local pizza place located in Vancouver, Washington which is approximately 20-30 minutes from PDX - Portland, Oregon:

Members and guests from the Portland, OR metro area typically show up between 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm PST due to the work happening on both the 5 and 205 freeway and bridges. With that in mind, please allow for a little extra drive time with traffic.

Confirmed Commodore hardware, software and cartridges that will be at the meeting:

  • Vic-20 computer
  • Commodore SX-64 (Executive 64) computer
  • Commodore 64c (C64c) with 1541c disk drive
  • Commodore 1581 disk drive
  • MSD-2 Super Disk Drive
  • 1702 Commodore monitors
  • 1083 Commodore Monitor
  • 50+ C64 cartridges and floppy disk software
  • 20+ Vic 20 game cartridges
  • Various RUN, Ahoy! and other Commodore magazines

Feel free to bring any Commodore hardware or software you have as there is plenty of room, tables and electrical outlets. If you have something that needs repair or service, bring that too as we can perform most repairs and services on Commodore equipment at our meetings.
